Visual Guide to the "Subprime" Financial Crisis
I saw an interesting (and complicated) diagram of how we got to where we are now in the financial crisis in September 2008. Some argue it's missing some details, but I think its pretty decent... albeit long.
I am currently a supply chain management professional who started investing during the 2000-2002 dot com tech crash. I am not a professional investor and I am prohibited from day trading. But I did recently avoid significant losses by selling some stocks and real estate before the summer. This small success inspired to start a blog to share my thoughts and take help motivate me to take investing to the next level.
The goal of this blog is to demystify personal investing for myself and others so that we can all make better financial decisions.
